Who we are

jungledoctor.org is run by Dr Chloe Buiting ("Jungle Doctor", "we", "us"), based in Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Your name and email, when you join the newsletter or download a free resource.
• Your booking details, when you book a coaching call.
• Your purchase details, when you buy a guide. Payments are handled by our store and its payment providers: we never see your card details.
• Anything you choose to send us, for example when you email us.

How we use it

• To send you what you asked for: a download, a booking confirmation, a purchase.
• To send our newsletter, if you joined it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To answer your messages.
• To understand, in total, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We never sell your personal information.

The services we use

A few trusted services help us run this site: for our newsletter, store, bookings, hosting and visitor numbers. They may store information outside Australia (for example in the United States), under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

We don't use cookies to track you or to show you ads. Our visitor numbers are anonymous and need no cookies.

Your browser may remember a few small things on your own device to make the site work smoothly, such as where you were on a page. When you play a video, book a call, check out or sign up, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and unsubscribe from emails at any time. Just email us.
