Using this site

jungledoctor.org is run by Dr Chloe Buiting ("Jungle Doctor", "we", "us") in Australia. By using this site or buying from it, you agree to these terms.

Guides and downloads

• Our guides are digital products, delivered as a download straight after purchase through our store, Stan.
• They are for your personal use. Please don't copy, share, resell or publish them, in full or in part.
• All content on this site and in our guides belongs to Dr Chloe Buiting unless stated otherwise.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless another currency is shown (for example AUD). Payments are processed securely by Stan and its payment providers. Prices and offers can change; the price shown when you buy is the price you pay.

Refunds

Because guides are delivered instantly, we don't usually offer refunds for a change of mind. Where a product page offers a money-back guarantee, that guarantee applies as described there.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something isn't right with your purchase, email us and we'll sort it out.

Coaching calls

Calls are booked and paid for through Calendly. If you need to change your time, use the link in your booking confirmation or email us as early as possible.

Giveaways and scholarships

Any giveaway, draw or scholarship has its own terms, published with it. Buying a guide never guarantees a prize or an award.

Our guides, coaching and this website share general information and personal experience to help you on your path. They are not professional, legal, financial, migration or licensing advice.
